What you can do

Your profile builds from approved tasks and the ratings people give, and you choose whether it's public.
Skill points from completed work and courses, plus placement tests that show where you stand right now.
Project managers can search the Talent Directory and invite you straight to a task.
Structured, free study tracks — including nursing and other paths — with practice runs that show your weak spots.
